1. China and Vietnam Acts of War


SUMMARY
On May 26, a Chinese vessel rammed into a Vietnamese civilian fishing boat and sank it. Two naval confrontations occurred between China and Vietnam. This dispute is over the contested South China Sea, in which several different claim different degrees of economic and territorial sovereignty. On  May 27, tensions between China and Vietnam escalated to near acts of war.

PERSUASIVE
In Vietnam, they efforts to demolish an oil drilling platform installing at South China. But Vietnam economy depends to much import to China. Also military conflict between China and Vietnam is not in it. I think They should have good compromise that is good for each other.

2. Samsung to build another $1bln factory in Vietnam.


SUMMARY
Samsung plans to build a US$1 billion televisions, computer and cell phone screen factory. The new project, Samsung Display, will be built in a province where the South Korean electronics giant established its first mobile phone production facility in Vietnam. The factory will engage in research, production and assembly on new generations of high-resolution display modules.

PERSUASIVE
This new project helps Vietnam government and Samsung. Vietnam will emerge Samsung's core production base. Also They detain the most largest cell phone and production factory. Samsung Vietnam Corporation will export more value than current. Also Samsung is exempted corporate tax for 6 tears about SHTP Samsung factory.

3. Da Nang, Vietnam


SUMMARY
Da Nang, located in the centre of Vietnam, is a booming tourism development town known for its white sand beaches. This year, the Da Nang local government highlighted the town as one of the Top 10 Asian Fresh Destinations. Rapid urbanization and a rising population is expected within the next few years and it is feared that current electricity and sewage treatment capacities will not be able to keep up. City planner are optimistic Da Nang can leapfrog from conventional fossil fuel methods to utilize green technologies.

PERSUASIVE
Da Nang is a emerging town. So They are just more using electricity and sewage treatment capacities that can not be keep up. But good plan offers both an efficient and environmentally-friendly way to respond to growing infrastructure needs. If they use good strategies, Da Nang is attractive as a tourism destination and contribute to increased quality of life and economic development for its resident.

4. Vietnam won't reduce rice export price


SUMMARY
Rice importers have threatened to stop buying if Vietnam doesn't reduce the selling price. But if Vietnam does this, its rice production would suffer, while it would fall from the position of the leading rice exporter. They says Vietnam now has to compete fiercely with Thailand, Myanmar and India, so the Vietnam Food Association asked not to cut down export price.

PERSUASIVE
Vietnamese farmers have suffered heavily from the rice price decreases. If the selling price are reduced, they will be more suffered terribly. Many importers just try to force the prices down by threatening Vietnamese exporters. Rice export Nations should compete in good faith, so i think they have to do efficient and economic strategies for rice export market.
