On vacation time to renew  and relax, we should be eating healthful food  and getting some exercise. So as we plan our summer adventures, we can consider ways to maintain our good habits among the people, places and activities that feed our souls.

People eat much food, and not get exercises on vacation. On vacation, it is important to eat healthful food and get some exercise, then we can still have fun.
